I come from a large and joyful family of 8 kids and grew up in Paris where urban life can be particularly harsh. I started yoga 20 years ago and progressively adopted an healthier lifestyle through organic food first, then through clean beauty, health cares, etc. Yoga has helped me going through the difficult years… until I decided to radically switch and dedicate my life to sharing the wisdom of it.

By creating yoga & wellness clubs in Paris (Le Tigre Yoga Club) I fulfilled the call to help people use their challenging health/life situations as an opportunity to heal & boost their lives. I have now about 10 locations in which our teams help people raise to a new level in life: become stronger physically and mentally, grow more confident and inspired for the future.
