Nathalie is an E-RYT200 in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow trained in India, Pre and Post Natal Yoga instructor, a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider, an American Council of Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, black belt in TaeKwonDo, ran the New York Marathon, and is passionate about Wakeboard.

She is also the Founder of Pur’Nam-The Studio and Pur’Nam Clothing, the only yoga and active wear made in MauritiusOriginally a Martial Artist, Nathalie understands that not only power and strength, but control, balance and focus are essential to perform in any type of physical activity.

Beyond Asanas, Nathalie uses Akashic field activation, Akashic Records reading and Pranic Healing principles to guide her clients to a sweeter and more genuine life, helping them to realign with their own Truth.

Chaturanga Dandasana is one of the foundational postures of the Vinyasa practice. However, this posture is so demanding that we often compromise alignment to make up for the challenge, thereby leading to physical discomforts. 

Nathalie will help you overcome this love/ hate relationship with Chaturanga Dandasana through practical techniques and tools, and show you how to practice this Asana with greater clarity and ease.

We will then learn how to use basic Chaturanga Dandasana principles to guide us trough our practices of arm balances, here with an introduction to Bakasana or Crow pose. A basic practice and knowledge of Asanas is recommended for this Workshop.
