Balancing All Chakras as a Whole

This Kriya will methodically open and balance the chakra system, allowing a flow of energy through these energetic wheels. The healthy flow of these energy centers can affect our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states of being~ and so we use specific meditations and healing modalities to raise our conscious flow of energy, and begin to experience “Pure Awareness” and feel a connection to “all that is” and a deeper peace that we know ourselves to be.

Creating Self Love and Opening the Heart Chakra followed by Healing Circle of Chants

One of the first step to “self-love” is clearing and opening the energic field around your heart center and repairing the nervous system, as well as receiving blessings from yourself and others. This Kyiya is a beautiful and powerful set, one that develops a strong lower base so that it will support your heart~ from our beloved heart, we can now elevate into our divine spirit.

The Neutral Mind Kriya for Guidance” and Meditations to Calm the Mind

The year 2020 in numerology is the year of “4” and in the Ten Yogic Bodies, the number “4” is the Neutral Mind. This Kriya is to integrate the dual-qualities of the “negative” and “positive” mind into a “neutral” mind~ a state of non-attachment, calm, higher intuition, and ultimate guidance. Calming and tranquilizing meditations and breath work will follow the Kriya.
